How serious is my MRI reading

How serious is my MRI reading

L5-S1 level- There is a central and left paracentral disk herniation at
this level causing slight compromise of the left neural foramen and
thecal sac. There is also decreased intensity in this intervertebral
disk.

The vertebral bodies are of normal intensity and are in good alignment.
The spinal cord ends at the L1-2 level of the thecal canal. There is a
mild levo rotoscoliosis.

IMPRESSION-
1. Central and left paracentral herniated disk at L5-S1 compromising the
thecal sac and left neural foramen slightly.
2. Mild levo rotoscoliosis.
