How serious is ny ankle MRI

Hello I was wondering if someone can help me understand the severity of my ankle MRI's.  

1- Thickening and increased signal involving the deep and superficial portions of the deltoid ligament with mild marrow edema in the adjacent medial malleolus and soft tissue edema in the medial aspect of the ankle. This is suggestive of acute-on-chronic deltoid ligament injury. Small avulsion type injury from the inferior tip of the medial malleolus cannot be excluded.
2- Prominent bipartite os trigonum versus chronically fractured posterior process of the talus. Without associated edema in this location to suggest acute process
