Hydrocephalus ??

hi , could it be possible to have hydrocephalus without these symptoms: urinary frequency , vomiting and acute headaches ?  im 17y male and my head circumference is larger than average at (95%) percentage , i feel like that my head is really heavy like a blowing ball , i always feel tired and sleepy , i feel that my neck can't hold my head up i just want to lay down my mental powers is good I'm doing good at school , my IQ is above average but my reactions and movements are very slow., I've been getting these symptoms since i was kid ,it didn't bother me, but now i feel like its getting worse, more visible and disturbing. I've done blood test to check if its anemia but the results were negative, everything is at normal level. Should i ask for CT scan ? I'm planning to visit a neurologist but I'm afraid he won't ask for the scan ? Thank you for reading.

Thanks for responding to my question- that would seem to rule out something I was thinking of.

I do hope your neurologist will take your symptoms seriously and order a brain scan for you!

I recommend you focus in on the symptoms with the neurologist without mentioning any suspicions of a particular diagnosis and if they don't mention it first in response, ask the doctor if you can get a brain scan (don't specify CT- they can decide if they want to order that or an MRI if they want) to help put your mind at ease about these symptoms.

Do you have other bones that are larger than average for your age besides your skull?
