Hydrocephalus Pineal Cyst nightmare!

I am 47 year old female, was diagnosed with Psuedotumor Cerebri in 2007/ Opening pressure on LP was 44. MRI revealed 12mm Pineal Cyst- Flattened Pituitary- and ? Persistant fetal origin of the left posterior artery? What the world is that? No one has answered this yet. I have seen 4 neurologists, endocronologist, opthoneurologists- and NOT ONE THING has been done nor explained.

I was given Diamox- later added Gabapentin- Pristiq- and so far it seems I have chased my tail in circles. My brain is swollen on CTscan just a few weeks ago ER visit. I have sleep trouble where I will either go thru no sleep at all to sleeping for up to 20 hours at a time, severe fatigue, chronic headaches, I went from a very high spirited lady to barely functioning. I am too tired to do anything. I am in Cincinnati and willing to travel to find ANSWERS! No MRI has been ordered yet to check on status of pineal cyst. HELP!!!!!!!!!!

What has happen since your post in 2009?  I am very interested because our daughter has a cyst the size of 14 x 12 mm.

Any progress?  My 14 year old daughter has a 2nd opinion at Cleveland Clinic in Jan.  Yesterday, she was too tired to get out of the car after I picked her up from school.  I just want it out!

DONT GET SURGERY TO REMOVE PINEAL CYSTTRUST ME I KNOW I HAVE HAD THE SURGERY.
