Hi,
Hypertension can definitely cause severe headaches. Hypertension may lead to brain hemorrhage or intracranial bleeding and cause stroke. Please consult a physician and cardiologist and take proper treatment for the conditon to avoid complications. Hope this helps you. Take care and regards!
