Hypoplastic/stenotic MRI note...Can u help me understand?

After CT suggested mid cerebral artery dot sign, I went for MRI.  Got copy of MRI but can't get through to talk to my dr. directly, his nurse called and said, "The MRI is fine, don't worry" and can't seem to answer anymore of my questions.   HOWEVER the MRI report I have in hand says "The right a1 segment is hypoplastic of stenotic" , (normal left middle cerebral artery noted after).   I"d like an explanation of what that means, as I have a recurring headache and eye pain.

Also noted on the page where the impression said "No intracranial abnormality" another paragraphy ended with "the paranasal sinuses and middle ears are pneumatized".  I've been fighting some cold/sinus bug thing going around and wonder what this reference is to ...and is it good or bad/normal/abnormal?
THANK YOU
