I HAD MILK SECRETION ONCE, BUT I AM NOT PREGNANT

I am 27 years old and i have 2 children, one 6 years old and one 1 year old... after my menstruation i had milk secretion on my right breast, but that only happened once, and that day i had really this pressure on my breast, a feeling of lactation, i had that feeling 3 days before my menstruation and during and after my menstruation. I had a check up and had breast ultrasounds which are negative, my prolactin level was 9.70 ng/mL... I wonder why my range level is in the range of pregnant women, though i am not pregnant.

30 yrs ago I had the same problem after 1st child. doctor was not concerned. to this day , after having 3 more kids I still have milk coming out. maybe when I go through menapause it will stop.my breasts also get a little full before my period. so for 20yrs I've had this with no problem, for you ask your doctor if you should be worried. you might just have stronger cramps each month. good luck, Yolanda
