I am being dizzy for the last 6-7 months. I need help

Hello there everybody. As you can see, I'm new here and this is my first post.
I will try to explain my problem, and I hope somebody can help me out.
It started about 6 or 7 months ago. Since then I am feeling like a useless human being. I feel really weird. I don't have any brain problems. I can think normal. This so called "vertigo" is killing me all day. I am sleepy all day. Sometimes I forget things that happened the day before. I have to think really hard. I get angry really fast, it depends on the situation.  This "dizziness" doesn't mean that I cannot walk on the street , or at home in a straight line. It feels like it's just in my head. I don't feel "dizzy" in all of my body. I went to doctors, I had an X-ray done too to my and it showed that my vertebra is cracked below my neck in the D1 region. I've done blood tests and they came back positive. I was beeing send to specialists, neurologist with no help. I took some medicine called Tanakan with Ginko Biloba substract for 1 month, but no effect. Than I searched the net, and stopped here, at this forum.  I saw a post where somebody said that he went to a chiropractor and it helped her/him. I went too to a chiropractor. He said that I had a vein which was stuck between two of my neck vertebrae. I think I was/am feeling better after this massage, but still not the same as I was 6-7 months ago.
We have in town a program called Ceragem. If you have heard about it , what do you think? Is it good? Does it help ?
What should I do, wait?
Thank you for reading my story and I really really hope that somebody can help me.

Thank you for your quick reply. I'm going to scan the blood test results and upload it somewhere so you can look at it.
You asked me a lot of questions, and some of the words are unknown to me. I'm going to look them up.
About getting angry really fast, as I sad it depends on the situation, and I think it's normal.
About Ceragem : http://www.ceragem.com/ceragem_rh.asp

I will reply to this as soon as I've done my searching.

Thank you very much. I appreciate it :)

Do you meant your first thoracic vertabrae has a crack in it?   You said you've had blood tests that came back positive- can you say what they were positive for?

Your cervical spine (neck) has a role it plays in your balance.  I'm not sure a vein being pinched would account for your dizziness, as veins take de-oxygenated blood away from the body and brain back to the heart, versus the arteries, which carry oxygenated blood to the body and brain.  How is your triglycerides and bad cholesterol?  If high, you might ask for a doppler of your carotid arteries to see if there is plaque built up in them causing a decreased flow of blood to your brain.

How is your ferritin (iron stores) and blood iron levels?  Low iron can cause dizziness, and extreme fatigue because iron helps carry oxygen to your brain.

Have you been to an ear nose and throat specialist to see if sinus or a vestibular problem could be a source of dizziness for you?

Have you had any MR imaging of your brain to look for tumors, etc?

If getting angry really fast is not normal for you, and if you are feeling depressed, have you also had any of your endocrine hormones tested to see if they are off?

I hadn't heard of ceragem, but a quick look up looks like it might feel really nice.
