I am continually dropping things.

I am continually dropping things.

I am continually dropping things. It is more evident on the right side hands) the condition started very gradually several months ago but now it happens often and has become much more than annoying.  This morning I dropped a magazine (article I was trying to hand copy) at least 10 times in a 20 minute stretch. I will have "opening" hand actions and tremors without any obvious causes. I am a poor typist and have to rely on the "hunt and peck" (with the dictionary technique). As I was typing the very last sentence, with the right hand, all of a sudden my left hand went berserk and into some sort of sudden spasm. Before I could stop it,  I typed 4 nonsense letters in the middle of the sentence.
I have suffered a TBI (traumatic brain injury) in a 1995 auto accident. I was forced to retire from my practice and start a new kife. My life has been up-and-down and back-and forth since then, I thought I was pretty much on an even keel until all these new problemms started.
My near (right) eyesight has become much worse over the past several months. (Mono-vision-Lasix) was performed on my left eye several years ago, and it now appears better. The near-vision in my right eye has become much worse at times.
These are just some of my complaints. I hope there is someone out there who can understand and help me.
