I am desperate,,please help me

oct 25th my daughter who is 28 came home from work in the evening and said to me, mom i am real hot and she collaps.ed on the kitchen floor and fell like a tree would fall. she hit her head and had facial injuries and a concussion was in the er overnite. she awoke and wondered why she was on the floor but wasnt able to get up and move. the ambulance people had to put her on a gurney and move her. she told them she was real hot and very dizzy. she was out about 15 minutes. she had heart tests done, brain scan and ent doctor tests and she still suffers from extreme vertigo, nausea and dizzyness and cant do anything but lay in bed. when she walks she is dizzy and will fall, i am at my wits end cause no one is helping her and she cant be bed bound and she had to quit college and work and cant do anything. her eyes twitch and she says her fingers twitch. monday she is going for a tilt table test and thats gonna make her dizzy on purpose and make her sicker so they can see if they can find the problem. all she keeps telling  me is that she is hot and then dizzy. i am scared out of my mind and stressed worrying about her falling because my daughter also had a hip replacement when she was 20 years old. anyone out there ever hear of this please email me at ***@**** and my name is betty, please will someone help me
