I am very concerned and aggrevated

I have been itching all over my body for 3 months. including the scalp, under arms, lower stomach, legs and more. My arm muscles are sore and my jaws close to my ears including under jaw lymphnodes areas. I was first given topical creams and would not be referred out to a specialist.for the itching The topical creams and itching perscriptions would not work for me. Since the PCP would not refer me out I called my insurance company and was sent to a dermatologist. They diagnosed me with Dermatitis and gave me more topical skin creams. For one thing dermatitis I would think would not come on all of a sudden and all over my body.  Between the many calls and visits to my PCP with no help from them I again went to see dermatologist. They did bloodwork and found nothing wrong. and asked that I request to see an allergy specialist by my PCP. PCP would not refer me. I have also had ENT problems for many years and would not be referred out for this either. I have CIC and many digestive problems and would not be referred for this either. I put in a complaint to my Insurance company and they did a 3 way call to my PCP at the time. WOW I am now seeing all the specialists I've asked for and every specialist has found something wrong with me or a chronic problem. Gabapentin seems to be the only medicine that at least calms down the itching a bit. When I finally was able to see a ENT specialist they diagnosed me by a skin test to have 33 allergies but yet the allergy doctor they referred me to did a blood test and found nothing. Can somebody please help me in what I need to do for this severe itching? Are there blood certain blood tests I need to ask for? I hope I'm explaining this correctly. Please help. Thank you. Also I've lost many days of work and have had to lower my availablility at work for health issues and this.
