I can't experinced the weight of any objects I hold ?

Over the last 18 yrs of my life I've suffered from what I can only describe as something that's affected my sensation / awareness of objects i.e. so they feel far lighter then they should .

This has been a constant problem throughout my numerous other problems and last year due to a head head injury to the side of my nose became far worse.

Whether its because I used to have strong relationship with my hands through art ,and at one time sport ,or just the loss of something I could use everyday , I found this very distressing and at times became very anxious and upset i.e.because I felt uncomfortable and unable to use objects.

The other thing I've noticed is that this also affects sense of weight in my limbs - esp at the ends such as feet and hands which are now very bad too ( writing with a pen for example is very hard given how light it feels and irratating )

I thought at one time it might be connected to muscoskelteal problems that also started to materialise ( perhaps by concidence ) when this problem came to fore in oct 91 though I am not sure.

Weight or stress on muscles and joints certainly affects the sensation and usually makes it worse,though this is not such a factor since the rehab and work I put into to trying rebalance the muscles and increase awarness of my joints.

This to my knowledge ,is not the same at all as something like propriocpetion i.e. you still sense weight of your limbs and objects and so I was wondering if any one else had experinced , or heard of anything like this ?
