I do not know what to do about this

I have one swollen gland and don't have either a cold or sore throat, what should i do or take for it

It will help us to know where the swollen gland is.
Apart from infections glands can swell up due to medications, chronic fatigue syndrome rheumatoid arthritis.
It is important to know the complete medical history to comment further. I would suggest you to get a clinical evaluation done by your physician though.

The swollen gland is in my face.

and plus my gland has never swelled before apart from when i have a cold or a sore throat and the gland has gone down a bit since yesterday

Recently this year I have had surgery to take out 4 teeth but I don't think that would affect it

One thing I did stop breathing and moving and Grey when I was born could that possible do anything and I did pull and tore a muscle in my left side of my face i do get hay fever.
I do not know what is causing this
