I dont know i just need help.

Hello im 21 years old.The last two years i have somw weird symptoms.particularly once i was seating on the sofa and suddenly my nerves in the back of my head started to tingle and i couldnt undertand what was it.At the very first time i thought it happend from the stress but i left it.as days went by it didnt stop and iv been to a neurologist ,she tild me that im a bit stressed and game me some pills but im not stressed i dont feel stressed at all.So these days i found on the internet the syptom (symptom) called NEURALGIA and the symptoms are exactly the same as i have.I  have to refer that i made the last year an axial tomography but the doctor found nothing.Also when i was kid i had a terrible bloom in the swimming pool with the back of my head .And my mum keeps saying that all came from that.Can you please help me?????
