I feel like there is a magnet in my head..

I feel like there is a magnet in my head , that starts few months ago, when i fall down to the right side of my body,.. the heavy magnet in my head very weir and botherung me, also it happened that i wake up many times during my sleeping having a Rapid deep breath like i was under water.. the magnet comes into my head in the evening,.. when i sleep i feel like i'm gonna Log in coma,.. can you help me knowning what is that? and is it serious or not?, by the way i'v been sleeping very late (early
