I had anterior cystedomy wiht fusion of c5 c6 c7 and still having pain

I have fibromaylgia (fibromyalgia), cervical disc disease had surgery in 4-4-11 on c5 c6 c7 with removal of disc and fusion with titanium plates-still having pain-still get numbness in arm.  I get clumbsy and depressed.  I also have a B12 defic.
The doctors don't seem to know what to do for me and I am in chronic pain all the time.

Without the ability to examine and obtain a history, I can not tell you what the exact cause of the symptoms is. However I will try to provide you with some useful information.

There is a concept in pain management called central and peripheral sensitization. This concept explains a lower pain threshold that occurs and can explain pain to a nonpainful stimulus. Nerves and muscles do have “memory”. Treatment for these pain syndromes can be difficult. It may require a consult to a chronic pain rehabilitation physician (to help with the immediate pain relief but also guiding you towards chronic pain relief), physical therapy and massage therapy, and, if needed, psychosocial rehabilitation. It is amazing what the multi-factorial approach will do for patients with chronic pain such as yourself.

You should discuss your situation with your family physician. He/she may refer you to a chronic pain rehabilitation physician. However, you may discuss with him, referrals to physical and massage therapy first.
