I have Neuropathy

I hav neuropothy n my left shoulder the pain started after a intercoastal nerve block I hav been getting trigger point injections 4 the past yr I take ultram and hav been on zonegran hav tried lyrica,neurontin with bad side effects soo is there a sollution can I be fixed is there anything else I can try?I also had a stimulater that made my pain worse.Is there any way of knoowing what happened that caused my pain after the nerve block?
