I have an aneurism(aneurysm) and mass

I had a CT Scan w/Contrast (dye was ingected), and three weeks ago an angiogram. The findings were forwarded to the Mayo Clinic, Rochester stating that a "funny shaped aneurism (aneurysm)" and a mass behind my right eye was confirmed, but are unsure of what the mass could be.
My question is why do I have symptoms of flashing lights, facial swelling only on my right side, pain behind my eye that is sometimes severe other days  tolerable (as I get migraines thru heridity), and floaters. My eyes do not water and there are no discolorations, bulging or other vision problems yet other than what is noted.
I also do have Tetralogy of Fallot which has been repaired and a sinus surgery a couple of years ago.
Do you have any ideas on why/what the mass is resulting from? My aneurism (aneurysm) is on my left side and it's in a place not normal of most brain aneurism (aneurysm)'s I was told by the doctors I have seen so far.
