I have cerebellum atrophy. Is there anything I can do for the fatige?

I have been diagnosed with Cerebellum atrophy. I have been compensating for it for years but the fatigue is terrible. Is there anything I can do to help me with the fatigue? I guess having sleep issues doesnt help the situation either.
