Hi,
The symptoms of pain at the back of hand, fingers and difficulty to sleep at  night may be due to Carpal tunnel syndrome. The syndrome develops due to compression of median nerve at the wrist. Please avoid prolonged work eg. Typing, computer work etc. Please go for MRI of the hand and consult a neurologist for examination, diagnosis and treatment. Hope this helps you. Take care and regards!
