I need advice, what kind of doctor do I see?

I have been having this problem where it feels like my nose is going to bleed, but instead the blood drains down the back of my throat. Its been for the past couple of months, and sometimes I don't have it at all, and other times its really bad. And then I get sick ot my stomach, because obiously we aren't/can't ingest blood. I also get REALLY dizzy, nauseous and faint feeling. Since this problem, sometimes I lose control of my actions. I feel like my brain is telling my body to move or do something, but my body won't respond. I've also been having pretty bad headaches. Any thoughts? I was diagnosed with Meniere's Disease in 2002 and had surgery for it, so I don't know if this is a factor or not.

Nosebleeds can be caused by a variety of conditions (trauma, polyps, etc.) or can be associated with more serious ones (aplastic anemia, thalasemia, etc.).  Do you experience easy bruising or bleeding gums?

The other symptoms you mentioned (dizziness, nausea and feeling faint) can be associated with the nosebleeds, but is more probably due to Meniere's disease which you were diagnosed with in 2002.

You should initially visit an ENT to have a look at your nosebleeds as well as follow up on the management of Meniere's.

You asked what doctor, I think a neurologist and an ear/nose/throat doctor.
