If Not MS then what else could it be?

I was just told by my neurologist that she wants to send me to another doctor . I have been on treatment for MS for 16 months and my recent MRI is stable. Now she doubts the diagnosis and is afraid we are missing something. I have plaques and lesions but no enhancement in the most recent study. I am positive for spinal tap mono-nuculear bands sjogrens ssa/ssb and ANA. What other disease could cause demyelation in the brain in several places over several years as well as fatigue, joint and muscle pain, muscle spasms, loss of fine motor skills, severe headaches in the back of my head,stuttering, memory loss and balance problems? It took almost 10 years to get diagnosed with MS and I don't want it but I don't think I like the idea of starting over at square one either. Any ideas? It would be nice to do some homework before going to the referral. I am scheduled for a cerebral angiogram next week. Any ideas would be very much appreciated.
