I'm feeling tremors when making movements with my arm, what can this be?
There are roughly three days I started to notice that my arm and part of the chest trembles when doing certain types of movement, like picking up something and shakes more when I make a position as an exercise for the biceps, but without any weight. This tremor does not happen when I'm lying, just when I'm standing or sitting. What can this be? Thank you.
Tremors can be 'intentional tremor', which occur in certain neurological diseases affecting the cerebellum or its connections with the brainstem and spinal cord. Or the 'essential familial tremor' often runs in families and affects more than one member of the same family. So, if your symptoms persist consult your doctor for an evaluation.
