Imbalance and constant heaviness

Patient having symptoms of vertigo for the last two years and occassional neuralgia and mild ear pain. MRI scan taken on 13-08-2008 reveals lacunae within left frontal parietal lobe---T 2 wt and flair images show small hyperintense area within LFP lobe which turns iso to hypo intense on T 1 wt images suggestive of lacunae in supratentorial region Please advise on diagnosis and remedy

I was diagnoised with MS 2 years ago, and lately my jaw muscles seem very rigid clenching my teeth, etc. and also I seem to have trouble keeping my left eye open due to involuntary muscles in my eye   is this possible due to MS?

The lesions could be due to vascular insufficiency as the age advances.Need  to maintain your blood pressure levels and blood sugar levels in normal range,do warm up exercises and eat nutritious diet.. You should follow up your neurologist timely treatment.
