I have done research on Rheumatoid arthritis. The test show that it can be non-specific. How are you to really know what is going on. Does one have to wait till the disease progress. I am lost. Could you give me some advise to which Doctor I should really be seeing.

You certainly need to see a Rheumatologist, since there is no neurological component to your symptoms we probably cannot help you specifically in this forum. I would however encourage you to seek a second opinion from another rheumatologst. If you want to use the Cleveland Clinic for a second opinion, the number is 1800 CCF CARE, ask for rheumatology appointments.
No referral is necessary.
