Improving my condition

by Mmk7489, Jun 05, 2009 06:50AM
Can results of PN be reversed?  I am 67 and  I do not want to give up on myself.  All my symptons were dq'd as caused by fibro-myalgia until recently.  I stumble a lot unless I am very careful.  Have fallen 3 times lately

This discussion is related to Chronic Fatigue or b12 causing neurological problems???.

If a cause for your peripheral neuropathy can be found then there is a chance of improvement.  But if the cause isn't found and is something ongoing, like autoimmune, then your body can't keep up with the nerves that keep getting destroyed.  Has your doctor tested for a cause?
