In Pain for two Weeks and counting

I have pain that started in my left shoulder and radiated down my left arm, accompanied by chest pain.    After about a week it became unbearable.  The severity of the pain comes in waves similar to contractions; however, somepain in my left arm is always there.  I have been to the ER twice and EKGs are negative and chest cat scans do not show anything.  Doctors do not seem to be interested in finding other causes of the pain, which has become unbearable and makes me want to just be taken out of my misery.  Do you have suggestions on what could be causing such pain.  Also, I have have very bad indigestion along with the pain, as well as caughing.

This discussion is related to Left chest and shoulder pain, left arm (underneath), wrist and pinkie finger pai.
