MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi!
I am sorry to hear about your husband’s medical problems. Incomplete circle of Willis is associated with migraine with aura. The aura may include neurological, visual and auditory symptoms. In your husband’s case, the trigger is physical exhaustion. Avoiding this can reduce the attacks considerably.  Please discuss with your doctor. Take care!
