Information on current research/doctors in the field of MG.

Thank you very much for you information on exercise and MG.  I found it
  very informative.
I am quite interested in keeping up with the most current information
regarding MG.  Is there possibly a net site where this information can
be found?  If not, maybe it could be something to work towards in the
future.  Who are the most prominent doctors in the field of MG?  Do they
have web sites to help survivors of MG keep track of the latest
  developments.
Thank you very much for your time and expertise.
