Intense tremors

Hi,

I am 18 yeas old and last night was the first time I ever experienced tremors of that degree. In the past I got a slight shaking which is easily explained. But last night at 2:00 am (I went to bed), I had been on my PC for the last 2 hours playing a video game (idk if that is relevant). When I got up my whole upper body (aside from head) and a bit my legs were shaking like crazy. Frightened and not knowing what was going on I decided to go to bed. This morning I'm fine with no symptoms whatsoever. I was also slightly sick last night with a headache at one point, idk if it changes anything. Is there something to be worried about? Im normally in good health, so I found it strange.

Thanks in advance for the help.
