Intermittent pressure in the head feeling

Lately have been getting sensations of pressure in the head.  No pain no other symptoms, just a feeling of a sudden pressure in the head that only last seconds.  Best can be described is feeling of wearing a tight hat.  Blood pressure is normal to a bit low (not too low).  Feeling area is mainly in front and sometimes between the eyes like sinus, sometimes just front of head between temples.

Not sure if you are responding to the right question.  There is no pain or headaches, just a brief feeling of pressure between the temples such as a tight hat.  Blood pressure is a bit low but not of concern per Dr.  Take multivitamins, jog (every other day).  No alcohol.  Do smoke but not heavy.  No affects on vision, no dizziness or nausea.  Problem started just recently but has been happening for approx 2 wks now.    thanks for your assistance.

Hello Dear,
You may have migraine headache. Is there any periodicity of the pain?Is it associated with nausea, vomiting or any dizziness? It could also be due to stress and anxiety. You should develop a regular sleep pattern, take healthy diet and can take some NSAID for pain relief. If the pain still persists you should consult a neurophysician.
