Internal brain shaking during motion

Hi, my brain shakes when I move. Particularly, occipotal lobe area. It shakes when I walk, when I did shadow boxing, and so on. But not when I stay still or lie down. Maybe my neck is unable to hold it properly, or is it just that weak. I don`t know. Never realized it until now, but always had the dizziness, and speech problem. Please help with an advice. I`d really really appreciate. Please help.

Doc, thanks a lot for your reply.
what if I tell u more symptoms?

For example right now I tried drumming the floor only lifting my left heel, and it did slightly shake in the back of my head again. It also happens when I sloghtly elbow my left lap from a straight angle. So, maybe it's vascular, or cardio vascular, and partly neurological?  Could you please consider tha. I'd really appreciate, doc!))

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi there!

Well, without a detailed clinical evaluation it would be difficult to determine the cause of your symptoms. Possibilities that may need to be considered include stress/ anxiety, cranial neuralgias, primary cranial headaches, vascular causes, low blood sugar, low/ high blood pressure, micronutrient deficiencies, causes related to the inner ear etc. I would suggest getting this evaluated by a primary care physician initially and depending on the cause diagnosed/ suspected, this can be managed accordingly or specialist care may be sought.
Hope this is helpful.

Take care!
