How are you? Iron deficiency anemia is the most common type of anemia. It is characterized by pallor, fatigue, weakness, light headedness and hair loss. Iron supplements will usually correct the anemia.

Scoliosis, on the other hand, is a medical condition in which a person's spine is curved from side to side, and may also be rotated. Pain is common manifestation especially if left untreated. The traditional medical management of scoliosis is determined by the severity of the curvature and skeletal maturity. Pain medications can help to alleviate the pain. But it would be best to have the degree of curvature evaluated through xray by a doctor for proper management.

How are you? Migraine headaches can be triggered by a number of factors: diet, tension, medications, eyestrain, food or chemical allergies and fatigue are among the most common. Iron can be key in treatment of migraines since iron deficiency anemia deprives the blood of oxygen. This causes blood vessels to dilate and compress blood vessel walls, which causes headaches. Here are some studies that link iron deficiency anemia to migraines. http://www.ithyroid.com/migraine.htm
