Is it neurological? Autoimmune? What?

I am just going to list my symptoms (and dates) or this will be a long post.  Then my diagnoses, then tests and results.

Tingling, in hands, legs from knees down to toes.  Started 4 months ago.
Buring pain in muscles.  Left side affected more than right.  Happening daily for 4 months.
Hypersensative reflexes (dx in June)
Nystagmus (Started in Feb/Mar.  Dx yesterday)  My eyes move vertically and "bounce".  Dx by opthamologist.
Myoclonic jerks (Happening for months, worse for the last 3 weeks, dx Aug 4)
Hypothyroid (treated with synthroid since June)
Blood in urine
Autoimmune liver disease (primary sclerosing cholangitis) Dx in 8/07 but liver functions normal
Diffuse pain (joints, muscles, bones, etc)
Stiffness in the morning and throughout the day
Depression (can you blame me?)
Vit D deficiency (taking 50000 iu weekly)
Debilitating Fatigue that is NOT from having children!!!!!!!!!!!

MRI w/wo Contrast of brain and c-spine normal (July)
Lumbar Puncture showed slightly elevated IgG antibodies and increased intercranial pressure of 20 (June)
Most recent labs show CRP 1.40, Sed Rate 38, hb A1c 6.1, I'm anemic (MCV and MCH low and RDH high, iron low) but total iron binding capacity is normal.  Everything else pretty much normal, including several ANAs and syphillis (syphilis) test.

So, they have excluded lupus, Lyme, Vit B12 def, porphyria, and some others.  Can't remember everything, lol.

Basically I'm just anxiously waiting.  After an appointment with an opthamologist yesterday, she and my primary care doc, neuro doc, and hepatologist talked about me and decided to do a CT of chest, abdomen, and pelvis and some more labs this coming Monday.  I will see my PCP Wednesday.  I am just wondering if there are any suggestions.  There are so many different things going on, I think, and I don't know what to do and can't tell you how many appointments I have had this year.  Any tips towards the right direction would my most helpful.  Thank you for your time.  I have 4 young kids, I'm 25, and my marriage is falling apart because of all the stress and sickness.
