Inderal la (my BP has varied from 52/41 to 292/140) and I have definitely improved on this regime.
Periodically for the past few years I have these episodes with extreme joint pain and limited mobility. I am wondering if this is part of the dysautonomia, and if so, what treatment options are? In the past treatment has been steroid doses. I do have a positive ANA, neg Lupus, neg RA

Thanks so much for any ideas. My Doctors are unsure as to what is happening as well, so any info I receive here will go to both cardiology and neurology.
