Is there a diagnosis for the groin area buzzing?

I have quite frequently had tingling and numbness in my arms over the years. A few years ago, I started having extreme nerve pain in my right arm. It has almost a dead feeling to it and often I find my nerves in my right arm testing theirselves, almost like someone is playing piano keys on my arm and you can actually see the nerves moving when this happens. Earlier this year I started getting a buzzing sensation in my left foot and real recently I started having a buzzing in my groin area. I do not have any sort of diabetes, I have been tested, my cholesterol is very good and so is my glucose. My blood pressure is normal(115/70). What could be going on with my nerves?
