Is this Vasovagal Syncope??? Depressed

Hi, I am a 21 year old male who had experienced spells of fainting since 10 year old. These fainting spells occur all of a sudden without me doing any physical demanding activities. I play a lot of sports and I eat healthily. Over the years my fainting spells got lesser and lesser. 2 Months ago, I fainted again. I went for a specialist check up and had a bunch of tests taken. ECG test came negative, Tilt Table came negative. My heart rate is healthy, BP is normal. I am curently waiting for further diagnoises and consultation with the specialist.

In the meantime, I would like to ask any medical personels here have you seen any cases whereby a healthy person can faint without any reason and all the tests come back negative and yet the person still experience spells of faintings. Is it Vasovagal Syncope? Can it be outgrown? Are there cases of fainting that even tests and doctors can't explain why? I feel worried and depressed as it seems that nobody can find out whats wrong with me.

Hello! I'm not one of the experts on here but I am curious about a few things. First, have you noticed a pattern to when these happen? Like right after a certain type of activitiy, right after eating, right after standing up, certain time of day etc..
Also have you ever been checked for seizures? And how long are you unconscious?
