Jerking, tingling, swallowing problems.......don't know what to do!

Hello.....I am a 42 y/o female who has recently been dx with Sjogren's Syndrome (4/22/16) via lip bx. I am on Plaquenil (for the 4th time) and Evoxac and I have been having some other symptoms that have me puzzled. They are.......despite being on Evoxac, I am still having trouble swallowing......sometimes. I am still in the habit of sipping while I am eating/chewing, it seems like it always happens in public too. I have anxiety (social & generalized) so drawing attention to my self is worst. I am having numbness/tingling/burning in my right toes & tingling in my left heel. Happens off & on not every day. But when it does happen it hurts so bad!!! I am also feeling a sensation of bugs biting me on my lower legs & tops of my feet. But every time I look there is nothing there. And lastly I have been experiencing this jerking. My arms, my legs & just yesterday I noticed my shoulders did it too. I can be laying down relaxing & then all of a sudden a body part will jerk like an electric shock just went through it. It never hurts and it sometimes happens 3 or 4 times in a row. And it may be days before it happens again.

As previously stated, I do have Sjogren's......I also have Bipolar Disorder, OCD, PTSD & Anxiety (social & generalized). I take Topamax, Zoloft & Elavil daily. I take Vistaril & Klonopin on a PRN basis. I also was dx with Pars Planitis in Sept of 2015, I am not on any meds or drops for that.  As previously stated I am on Plaquenil & Evoxac for the Sjogren's. I have been on Evoxac since May and I am trying Plaquenil for the 4th time.....

If anyone has ANY input or ANY ideas about what might be going on or what I need to do.....it will be VERY much appreciated.
BTW.....just saw my Rheumy on Monday (7/18) and TBH he didn't seem to care about these issues when I brought them up. But he did run some blood work. They drew 3 tubes and none of the results are in yet.

TIA!!
Lisa
