Joint Pain and Numbness

Hi there,

I am a 27-year-old male.  A month ago I started feeling cold sensations in both of my legs, even though I wasn't feeling cold all around.  I went to see a doctor and at that time it went away.....he did blood tests and even a urinalysis - he said that there were no signs of diabetes, my cholesterol was at a very healthy level, and that my liver and kidneys were perfectly fine.

About 10 days ago, however, I began to experience sporadic sharp pains in both my shoulder joints and both my hip joints. Even both my elbow joints hurt a tad, but this doesn't appear to happen often.  This is accompanied by numb and tingly sensations in my left leg as well as a little bit of numbness in my left hand/fingers. It's important to note that these sensations and pains are not triggered by any movement on my part.  They just seem to happen at random.

It's also important to note that I AM NOT experiencing the following symptoms: nausea, vertigo, or fatigue.  My eyesight is also perfect at 20/20 for both eyes.

I'm starting to feel very nervous about my condition.  Could you please help me figure out what may be happening to my body? Thank you SO MUCH for your help, I really appreciate it.
