Just had surgery

Had herniated  disc surgery in January.  Would like to go on rafting trip in June?  Would this be enough time to heal?

Thank you for your question. Although such neurological surgeries take six months to one year to completely recover from the condition, but without being able to see your reports and physically examine you, I am not in the right position to give you specific advice you need. Therefore, I would recommend you to consult your treating doctor in this regard. Hope this helps.

I would go with recommendations from the surgeon who did your surgery and/or whoever you are following up with post-op.
