Okay, It's usually in the morning, my knee will have a shooting pain, my right knee, only when it's sort of wet or cold outside, i haven't once hurt it before, i hae been closing to full twisting it but it never went all the way, my knees pop ALOT! but i don't know if that can be the cause of the pain.
And my shins also have a lot of pain, but i beleive that's shin splints, but that started when my shoes were too small, and now i have the correct shoe size and i have to walk across campus of my high school, could my shin splints also be getting worse? What it going on with my legs?
