L5 / S1 360 fusion

L5 / S1 360 fusion

I had anterior/posterior fusion at L5-S1 on dec. 18 2008 - yesterday was my 6 week post-op visit - my problem is that last year while working i had met my total out of pocket on ins. and surgery and 90 days post op was covered 100% - the only thing i found out recently is that rehab is not covered on post op, and i do not have the money to meet new deductible, im lucky my dr's visits are covered for 90 days - can anyone give me some home exercises that i can do - i am walking about half a mile 2 to 3 times a day, but back very week and still have alot of post-op pain - dr says possibly hardware pain. I am going in next week to have hardware site anestisized (?) spelling not great - afraid to tell dr that i havent done p/t - please can someone give me a list of home exercises - still questioning decision - hope this opinion of surgery changes in near future
