Left Basal Ganglia Calcification & Hemiplegic Migraines

My health:  Hemiplegic Migraines (HM), Prinzmetal Angina (PA), High Blood Pressure, non-epileptic seizures, lost a significant portion of my intellect/knowledge & cognitive abilities (engineer), migraines

Last Friday I fell and hit my head during a HM attack.  I went to the ER and had a CT scan.  It showed that the injury was only a bump, but it also found that I have a "slight calcification of the left basal ganglia".

1.  What does this mean? The ER doctor suggested that for my age (44) it may be normal.  But given my health and diseases, I'm wondering if it was caused by my HM or PA attacks.  Also I had a full work-up (MRI with and without contrast, MRA, CT with and without contrast) last Jan/Feb and this was not there.
2.  Will this be progressive?
3.  Will it grow?

I moved a month ago and don't have a neurologist in this area...yet.  I'll call tomorrow to make an appointment.

Thank you, Tonya
