Left Chest Pain

by WEBPAT, Oct 23, 2007 01:37PM
I am a 43 year old married man. I am having left chest pain on and off. I went to hospital couple of times and they checked my heart and said there is nothing wrong with my heart. They did Angiogram too. This all started couple of years ago. The pain comes mostly when I lift some heavy stuff or raise my hands in certain directions. The pain stays only in the left hand side of the body. Is this a nerve problem or muscle. Some times it feels like I am going have heart attack. Please help. Thanks
