Left Sided Paraesthsia

I have severe RLS (requip tid) and over the past 8 or so months I have developed  an itchy, tingly feeling in my  (LEFT SIDE ONLY) ribs, iliac creast, knee, ankle, and bottom of foot.  Pressing on these areas brings relief.  I do not perceive pain, just a very annoying, pulsating itch.
Just last week these feelings have migrated to my left upper arm , molar, chin. MRI has been scheduled and am on prednisone. This morning I woke up to it in my ear and inside of left elbow. Seems so strange I am feeling this up and down my left side.
Only abnormality in blood work is elev. sed rate and crp.  I was dx'd with Alopecia Areata in May and have responded to the shots and Lidex.  Last year I had emergency appendectomy in which CT revealed lots of inflammation in my pelvic organs, (path. report pos.appendecitis) then I develoed a  total body rash (perhaps cipro or doxy), elected to have a complete hysterectomy (fibroids, adenomyosis and endometriosis). I am currently on 2 mg Estrodiol.
I have a , 2 part question: Doctor, does this sound like a pinched nerve(s)? or Could hairloss and paraesthsias be related to ERT?

P.S.
History of Paraesthesia since the day I had my first son 16 yrs. ago.  I do not know if it was RLS all along but did have a bulging disc L4-L5 and a ruptured disc L5-S1. Hemangimata (Hemangioma?) at T-8 six years ago.  Sciatica again 3 yrs. ago.  I do not have Sciatic pain now though.  The tingly feeling in my Left thigh is on the top of my thign but the tip of my Coccyx does tingle slightly and movement does not resolve these new feelings; only the same old RLS issues.
