Left Upper Arm Like Belt Around It and Burning Sensation

Left upper arm tender for past several years, but I thought scare tissue from some surgery I had had several years ago-removed basil cell cancer.  It has progeressivly gotten worse.  Feels like I have a strap around it being pulled as tight as possible, Some weakness and numbness in fingers.  Neck stiff and achy.  MRI shows arthritis close to nerve in 4th 5th vertebrae area.  Will do PT and injections of steroid.  Pain Management doctor said I did not quite fit profile for injections, but he will do as I agreed. Also left upper eyelid twitch for last two weeks.  Saw article from Donna on July 9, 1999 with similar symptons.  Just wondering if my current diagnosis and treatment sound like docs are on right track or could it be something else I should ask them about.  Am on Aleve twice a day for past 5 to 6 weeks.  Now my head is starting to hurt and am dizzy when getting up out of bed or bending over.  Think my blood pressure is elevated, but just in lasst several months it has become an issue.  Am 56, and never had a problem in my life with elevated blood pressure. Am on 25mg of Toprol and going to doc tomorrow on blood pressure.  Am more concerned about the arm issure. Thank you
