Left arm ache no one can figure out- now neurologist?

Hi-I am 25 and have had constant left arm ache for about 15 months. It started when I was about 7mo. pregnant and has not gone away. It just aches constantly, it keeps me up at night and the only way I can sleep is if I lay on top of my arm, I don't know why-mabey the pressure? I went to a osteopathic dr. thinking it was just a pinched nerve. She took x-rays and could not see anything so I had an nerve study EMG it came back normal. My Dr. told me to take Naprelan, that did not help so now she refered me to a neurologist. What could this mean? Has anyone had this?
It's just an intense ache from about my forearm to my shoulder-its not painful-Im right handed so there is not a lot of repetative motions-Im a stay at home mom-I am able to move it in any direction without pain-otherwise Im very healthy and active no serious medical problems-I sometimes get what I think is restless leg,just and aching in my legs that comes and goes, it also makes it hard to sleep-also about 2 migrain headaches a month
