Left hand and foot numbness

Started med school about 2 months ago, starting to feel numbing/tingling feeling in my left hand (a few days ago) and now my left foot is also doing the same...... I wake up to these symptoms as well

HI, im a 27 year old female and for the past couple of days I have noticed pins and needles in in left foot and now its more like numbness almost like its asleep, and now its in my left arm and hand, what can it be? Im a very nervous person..Please help!

Hi, numbness and tingling is suggestive of neuropathy either due to nerve compression or causes like vitamin B deficiency, low calcium levels, multiple sclerosis etc. How old are you? Try vitamin B supplements for a month or so.
I
nvestigations like MRI, nerve conduction studies are done to find the cause.
