Left hand unexplained feeling

The feeling is triggered by thought. I can trigger it if I close my hand and think of a rectangle surface spinning through my fingers.

I focus on my left hand and form a rectangle in my mind spinning and i feel it spinning through my fingers. The rectangle appears "ghostly" in my mind that means that it is the color of fog. Then the feeling appears mostly in the fingers and in the palm of my hand.

I can not do this with my right hand. I can feel the "object" better if I focus under shower ( more relaxed? ).

I have this feeling from the first point of my memory line  - I think I was born this way.

Is this a normal thing? Has it happen to others?

why not try focussing on other parts of the body.there are 7 energy centers (called chdras in yoga) Find the correct position from websites of yoga) If it really works, it will be a boon to you.People have tried to activate there chkras throut their lives.
Circulation consciousness through each chakrs can add vigourr to your life.You can also circulate your awarness throught all the chinese meridians and get the advantae for your body, mind and spirit. try it. and post the results. It can be a big back through in the Holistic therapy.
