Left leg, buttocks and lower back are numb?

Hi everyone, just looking for some guidance because I've managed to freak myself out after googling.

On Thursday night I spent a couple of hours bending down putting together a big cabinet. My lower back was absolutely killing me after this, I took a warm bath and went to bed the next day my lower back is still sore but nothing too bad, I went to an exercise class where I did a lot of jumping, bending down, no several lower leg body weight exercises, my legs were so sore after this. I went to bed and on Saturday I woke up with a "wet" feeling going through my left leg I kept wiping just to find my leg dry, I also had a slight numbness in my left leg from a few fingers down my waist, part of my butt and then down my leg front and back.

The numbness isn't total as I am able to feel sharp things, light touches etc but it does feel like my skin is itchy and warm specially when I press hard on it and I am not able to feel temperatures as normally as the other leg but I can differentiate between cold and warm. There is no pain  and no weakness or issues walking. Does this sound like maybe I pulled something and a nerve got compressed or could it be more sinister in nature? Any insight and reassurance is welcomed. Thanks in advance!
